Its actually called Kevin's Chicken, but that doesn't make it less good. The owners are what really makes this place shine. There are 6 meal deals that have always been, always are, and will always be. If you get there before noon you can grab a chimichanga or burrito from the warming bins, those are limited, and extra delicious. Its located inside the Conoco/Phillips gas station and I believe it closes before 5 (Kevins, not Conoco). Its run, and I presume owned by a little Thai man and his wife. They appear to be short tempered and I gotta be honest - they want to get your order taken. I'm not offended if they have to sacrifice a friendly smile and chitchat for prompt service, but if you watch closely, they will hand pick the larger potato wedges or chicken strips. They are willing to forfeit the 25 cents for extra condiments. If they temporarily run out of strips they award you extra food for your patience. They understand the weight of things. Go and enjoy a massive chicken strip sandwich, wedges, more strips and a coke for $5.50. You read it right.

Nothing bad to say about this regular lunch spot. Besides the fact my office bringing it in once a week will eventually make me fat. I'm a sucker for fried comfort food, and the chicken and potato wedges here are pretty top notch. It's decently priced and there is always a line to the door at lunch hour but the service is quick. I'm a fan!

So let me start off by saying the chicken is excellent!! Not too greasy like other fried chicken places not dry either it's perfect. After all isn't that the main reason for going? However the biscuit and potato wedges are just ok. Also no honey for the biscuit they don't even have it available to purchase!! They also charge for refills! Lame, who does that anymore? This place is inside the Conoco gas station (on 500 w. 4500 s.) and it is still busy for lunch so they are doing something right! I will be back to try the sandwich which seems to be the popular item. I will not order any sides and I'll buy my drink from the gas station side of the place.

The signage makes you think it's a Chester's but apparently it's not. Cheap quick and tasty fried chicken, tenders and chicken sandwiches. Breading and seasoning were good lots of sauce choices. I wish the ranch dressing was fresh rather than the non-dairy bottled version. 4 stars based on service and value.

I'm confused with these reviews.. This place just cooks chester fried chicken.. You can find this kind of chicken in gas stations across the country. While good, it's nothing special.. For someone to say its the best fried chicken in Utah.. I don't think so. Again it's good, but it is not it's own brand or recipe. It's simply Chester fried chicken..

Eating a chicken sammie as I type this. It is so freaking good. I'm so glad my boyfriend recommended it to me. I'm happy that it's so close to my work!!

I don't know what magic they come up with here to have usually consistently fresh strips and potato logs, but they do. This place specializes in having good food, well prepared and ready in a hurry, for a very moderate price and they do it extremely well. I still wish they had those other sides, though my waist probably appreciates that they don't, but this place has been very handy numerous times, when I've been short on time and in a pinch for lunch, enough that I'd call it maybe not quite a regular lunch spot, but one that comes in useful often enough to make my list. Last time around, I didn't make the biscuit and when I saw they had them this time, I had them toss one in. Biscuit was very ok, nothing special one way or the other, but nothing bad, either. I probably won't opt for it again. As long as you stick to something with the strips and maybe an occasional log here or there, you're going to be in the range of what they do best.

Came here for lunch with a co-worker who claimed that it was the best fried chicken he's had in Utah. I have to admit, it is pretty dang good. Service was friendly and the food was great. Not greasy, and not overly breaded. At first glance and thought; going to a service station for lunch did not sound appealing. I will definitely be back again.

Best fried chicken sandwich in town. Sandwich contain normal ingredients; 3 strips of boneless fried chicken, tomato, onion, lettuce, jalapeño (optional) and some kind of mayo/ranch spread. Not sure what type of roll they use, but it merry the sandwich well. For only $3.50, it's really good eating. You can also order chicken on bone combo with potato wedges and a drink.

The fried chicken sandwich was awesome ! It's $4 for just the sandwich add potato wedges and a drink it's $6.75. I hadn't had the chicken sandwich so had him put everything in it and those jalapeños was the best! They make the sandwich when it's ordered but the wait is worth it! The sandwich is more than enough for one person so I don't think I'll be ordering the combo. Also ordered the two piece meal combo which included potato wedges, potato salad, biscuit and drink for $6.75 more than enough food for one person! It's really good fried chicken and overall they do a good job. The place is small but clean and usually lots of parking. Yes it's in a gas station but the bottom line is the food is good and the prices fair.

The place is unassuming and is located inside of a gas station. But once you have a Chicken Sandwich you WILL BE HOOKED. We eat there almost everyday. If you get there before 11am you should be good because it gets way busy during lunch hour. If you go during the evening (like 7pm)you get tons of discounts (haggle with the lady and she will give you a discount). They have tons of sauces to choose from. My favorite is the Franks Red Hot buffalo sauce. It goes well with everything. The chicken tenders are the best and you WILL NOT get better tenders anywhere else. They are kindof expensive, but well worth it. Drinks are only $1 and come with free refills if you buy a combo meal. I recommend it.
